Our remodeled Bark Boulevard has 10 large runs with top of the line Kuranda Dog Beds®. Our small Wanna Walk suite offers a combination of small, medium and double-wide enclosures in a quieter, cozier setting. In both locations, our canine Resort guests receive 4 bathroom breaks per day in our enclosed, shaded courtyard. Soothing spa music and the use of pheromones throughout our Resort provide a Fear Free® boarding experience. We recommend bringing your dog's own food, to prevent any GI upset caused by a sudden change in diet. If you do forget your dog's food, or they run out during their stay, we are happy to provide them with Hill's Sensitive Skin and Stomach dry food which is fairly bland to help prevent an upset stomach. We also recommend bringing a blanket from home, to provide your dog with a comforting scent while they enjoy their vacation with us. Even if you don't bring a blanket for them, we have plenty of comfortable bedding for them to use during their stay. If you elect to have additional playtime for your dog, they will enjoy more one-one-one time in our courtyard. Our trained Animal Care Specialists are able to administer daily medications and alert our veterinarians to any issues that they may notice during your dog's stay with us. Additionally, all dogs that stay for 7 nights or more may receive a complimentary bath before they go home.
Our cat ward, Cat Alley, provides a separate, quiet space for our kitty boarders. A large window that overlooks our clinic treatment area provides visual stimulation during their stay. Pheromone diffusers and calming music in Cat Alley help reduce stress and anxiety and provide a Fear Free® boarding experience. As cats are notoriously picky, we do recommend that you bring your cat's own food with them. This will also help prevent any GI upset caused by stress or switching foods suddenly. We also recommend bringing a blanket, towel, or small cat bed from home to provide them with a familiar scent while they are in their home away from home. Additional playtime is available for our feline Resort guests and is done in a quiet room with lots of toys.
We also have a small suite called Discovery Lane with small and medium enclosures so that we can board mixed-species families in the same area if requested. Depending on availability we may be able to accommodate exotic pets including; rabbits, ferrets, guinea pigs, gerbils, hamsters, sugar gliders and chinchillas in this area. Please contact us for availability ans more information for boarding your exotic pet. It is important to note that we require housing, bedding, food and food dishes to be provided by the owner when boarding an exotic pet with us.
