This is an A1 place to take your fur babies that you want treated like your very own!! I have witnessed it from the one whom answers the phone, to the one takes your fur baby into the clinic to the doctor that calls and takes the time to explain the exam. Dr. Cantwell generally cares ❤ about your animals because it’s not about the medical part but just how it truly relates to the longevity of your animal. She explained why my dog needed a vaccine here in Florida that I didn’t need in Illinois. She is a busy lady 👩 that doesn’t hurry you off the phone. They do offer video exams too. I have been with them many years and would not hesitate to call upon them with any concerns of my loved ❤ ones!!

Always deliver an incredible experience. Our dog, Honey, loves going to the vet because of these folks! Our experiences with Ashley, the tech, and Dr. Cantwell far surpass any expectations. The effort that is put into making the dog feel welcome, safe, and cared for is truly appreciated. Honey gets almost as many pets, treats, and as much love from the Brandt team as she does at home! They always keep the dog’s best interests in mind and offer a welcoming environment- and this is more than can be said about a lot of people doctors.

Something that really stuck out to me, was after a trip to the emergency hospital (different establishment) from ingesting a tray of dark chocolate brownies- our vet from Brandt received the records from BluePearl and called us to follow up on how Honey was feeling even though they weren’t present (or open) at the time of treatment from the other establishment.

Would recommend this office without ANY reservations. The waiting room is also very clean and inviting and the exam rooms are spacious. The Doctor offers quality time with the dog and you don’t feel like you’re being rushed out so they can see other patients.

The clinic is phenomenal. All the staff are so caring for my dogs and cat. They also have kennel service which I have used many times. It is spotless as well as the rest of the clinic. Definitely a 5 star business. The prices are by far the best. Stop in and visit. You will feel comfortable about the experience. They even have separate doors for cats and dogs when you arrive. How cool.
